Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-metro areas may take additional time.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey.

Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Delivery attempts will be made up to 3 times. If the package is not accepted, it may be returned to us.

Delivery Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

Order Verification

  • In some cases, we may contact customers for order confirmation to prevent fraudulent or incorrect orders.
  • Orders may be delayed if we are unable to verify customer details.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers are eligible to apply for a return within 2 days (48 hours) after the order is marked as delivered.

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

  • If your order shows delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
