Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit or alternative solution may be offered.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof for damaged or wrong products.
Approved returns will be processed after the item passes quality inspection.
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Reverse pickup availability depends on the customer’s location.
If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the product back to us.
Innerwear, accessories, and customized products (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
