At Mad Owl Clothing, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.
We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.
How to Request a Return
Email us at madowlclothing11@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our support team will review your request and share further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
1. Defective or Wrong Product Delivered
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
2. Size Issue
- If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- For size exchanges, shipping charges (both ways) may apply.
