Eligibility for Exchange / Return

  • Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit or alternative solution may be offered.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof for damaged or wrong products.

  • Approved returns will be processed after the item passes quality inspection.

Refund Process

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the customer’s location.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the product back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, accessories, and customized products (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
